SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will usually be dispatched within 5 working days from receipt. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for deliveries within the UK with the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 and International Tracked for overseas deiveries. If your order is delayed you will be advised by e-mail of an expected delivery date. In the event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
​We readily post overseas. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us. International orders are shipped DDU ( Delivery Duty Unpaid ), with thexception of the United States of America. ( see note below ).*
Please note that overseas customers are responsible for any taxes and customs charges for their country which may be due on delivery.
* Shipping to the United States is Royal Mail International Tracked with PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid), this means that any import duties due at customs will have already been paid.
​We use International Tracked for overseas deiveries. International delivery can take from 4 to 28 working days and varies from country to country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase or you may have changed your mind, we will offer you a full refund, minus the cost of postage. In the event there is a problem with the product itself we will offer a replacement or full refund including postage. Please notify us in advance of your intention to return an item and a reason why the item is unsatisfactory. Please return within 21 days of receiving the item if you are a UK customer or 28 days if you are outside the UK. Refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned item. The returned item should be in it's original packaging and all elements included.
