This is a sweet little hanging designed to hold a child's note/list for Santa in the pocket on the front.
The image on the pocket front is based on children's writing paper with the blue guidelines, as we had in school. ( a long time ago)
 
I have embroidered the design on 28ct antique white evenweave using DMC threads which include gold and silver metalics. 14 ct aida would also work well.
